Pavers
Pavers are a cost-effective option for your patio. Pavers are slabs and blocks made from a wide variety of materials. You can get very creative with pavers when it comes to the design of your patio. Pavers are low maintenance. Keep your paver patio clean with sweeping and soap and water.
Flagstone
Flagstone is a fantastic option if you want a very natural looking patio. A product of nature, no two stones are alike. More expensive than pavers, Flagstone can create a formal and upscale look for your patio. It is also considered low maintenance but we recommend that it should be sealed.
Mix and Match
You don’t have to choose one or the other when it comes to pavers and flagstone. You can mix and match them or you can even get creative by using gravel to extend patio space.
Blur Boundaries
Blur the boundaries between your hardscape and your landscape. Adding plants to your outdoor patio softens the space and makes the area appear larger. Consider putting pots in groups of 3 or 5 in corners of your patio.

Patio Add-Ons
When designing your patio, you want to consider how you and your family will live in the space. For instance, a pergola is a great option to consider for shade and also creates separation between the dining and living space. Fire pits and Fireplaces are a wonderful addition so that you can enjoy your patio during the cooler months. And, an outdoor kitchen will make a patio feel more like it is an extension of your home.
