Industry Veteran Becomes a Plant Nerd

We’re excited to introduce you to our newest team member and expert landscape designer, Jim Lancaster. Jim comes to us with 25 years of experience creating beautiful landscapes that delight tenants and customers. His unique educational background—an associate degree in carpentry and masonry and a Bachelor of Technology in Applied Science—combined with his deep work experience, make him the ultimate Plant Nerd.

Jim takes a client-centric approach to turning your property from drab to fab. Here’s how he does it:

• Meets with you to understand your goals, likes, dislikes, and most importantly, budget
• Designs a landscape that’s equal parts pretty and functional while keeping your budget top-of-mind
• Creates before-and-after colored renderings so you can see exactly how your property will look when the work is completed (check out the examples below)
